Terms & Conditions

• Shop orders will be shipped from the Philippines.
  
• Standard shipping takes 2-4 weeks to deliver after shipping notifications are sent.
• Most items that are non-paper products are for 'preorder' since they are currently limited in stock. Please expect fulfilment of orders in late September/early October. Also check your emails for shop updates after ordering.
  
• In case the postal courier encounter problem/s during shipment, I will notify customers affected via email.
• If there are missing items in your order, I will send the missing item free of charge. If the said missing item is out of stock, it will be refunded instead.

For US Orders: Difference of Standard shipping and DDP shipping:

• Standard shipping uses the local postal service courier. Orders can take 2-4 weeks to deliver after shipping notifications are sent. However, custom fees/tariffs are not included in this option. Ocassionally, our local postal service take a pause from shipping to US. In case that happens, I will send an email to those who have chosen this option.
• DDP shipping is much more expensive since custom fees/tariffs are already included in this option. This may take 1-3 weeks to deliver after shipping notifications are sent.

Returns/Refunds:

• Requests of immediate refunds for reasons such as not anymore wanting the product even if it is for preorder, or spontaneous purchase, can result to an immediate ban from my online store.
• I do not accept refunds or replacements if items got lost/stolen during transit as it is not anymore my responsibility.
• In case the product is delivered defective/damaged, please send photo of the defective product to my email. I will not ask for a return but I may grant a refund or an exchange (not including shipping fee) for it.
